RISE AXELBLOG

If you didn’t know by now, Richie Salinas and myself have decided to embark on a journey to create an alternative newspaper for the students of Fresno State.  It is called the Bulldog Journal.

The Bulldog Journal will attempt to entertain the students first, and inform them second.  Too many students only read the Collegian to kill time.  We want to create a news source that students WANT to read. 

Our paper will include humorous articles, articles about sports, fashion, sex, and most importantly, the students.  We want to make this paper personal by connecting with the students on a one-on-one basis, incorporating interviews with normal students like you and me as well as profiles of clubs on campus that the average student may not have known about before.

The Bulldog Journal aims to be the best source of entertainment to all students at Fresno State every Tuesday and Thursday.  We are not, in any way, trying to compete with or replace the Collegian, but simply to give the students an alternative paper.
