Warped Weekend
Warped Tour was awesome this weekend. Here’s a list of bands I saw:
Attack Attack! - They sounded great live
Dance Gavin Dance - Sweet cowbell solo and a crab-dude in the pit
Escape The Fate - Their crow was 20 times bigger than the last time I saw them at warped
BrokenCYDE - Watched from the beer garden, which was close enough
Underoath - Aaron is starting to look like Shaun White

One reason I miss living near Sacramento →
When a movie comes out and I cannot find anywhere in Fresno that is playing it (last year see: Into The Wild; This year see: Moon), the next place I always check is the Tower Theater in Sacramento. I wish there was a theater in Fresno that could match the Tower’s listing of movies seen here.
P.S. I am fully aware that Fresno has a Tower Theater but it does not show good movies like...

Dogs on the Move
Congratulations to Fresno State Diamond Dogs, Tommy Mendonca and Tanner Scheppers for being drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 2nd Round and 1st Compensatory round, respectively, of yesterday’s MLB draft.
Both Mendonca and Scheppers were members of the 2008 National Champion Team, though Scheppers was injured and did not play in the CWS.

Back to my Roots
Rockin’ Roots was amazing yesterday. We had a ton of fun, but at the end of the day, we couldn’t wait to get home. Now, a day later, I am ridiculously sore but I came out of the whole day on top.
